If you are a creator or host joining our LIVE Agency, your relationship with ONETOK LLC will be governed by a separate, specific Talent/Host Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms of Service and your specific Talent Agreement, the terms of the Talent Agreement shall prevail.
In no event shall ONETOK LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in California.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
